Burger Wisconsin

At Burger Wisconsin you can have it all! We create guilt-free, fresh and wholesome luxury burgers for health-conscious gourmets on the run.

We start with the freshest and finest local ingredients, we grill to remove fat, and we cook wedges and fries with canola oil using "The NZ Chip Group" recommendations to create low saturated-fat, balanced burger meals of carbohydrate, protein and vegetables. We also grill to order, offer 'build your own burger' choices, and gluten free and vegetarian options.

Only barn-raised chickens, lean pure NZ farmed lamb and 100% Certified AngusPure Beef are used. Our Dory fillets are caught and processed in NZ waters and our vegetarian falafel is bursting with the natural goodness of chickpeas and kidney beans. Even our crunchy lettuces are produced hydroponically spray-free just for us and arrive still growing – while our red onions and vine tomatoes are delivered garden fresh, ready for us to slice to order. Our fresh-baked burger buns (including a gluten-free option) contain no added sugar, preservatives or artificial colours.

At Burger Wisconsin, we're proud to have led the trend for healthy food in the NZ burger market since 1989. We're constantly combing the country for new and ethical produced ingredients with great flavour. We're committed to ensuring that our food is naturally healthy.

The kitchen is the heart of our restaurant and food that comes to you is from our heart, made with love and passion.

Being a food technologist and now a chef, I use my knowledge and creative flair to either create completely new recipes or to bring out the aroma and flavor notes from the existing ones. I believe the key to flavorsome food is fresh vegetables, herbs, meat and spices. I have fond memories of my mother using fresh ingredients to prepare all meals. Eating these meals together not only strengthened our family bond but it also provided a daily time for the whole family to be together.

This inspired me to create a place of gathering for families and friends to share their stories and laughter and most importantly create a place to share nutritious, honest, comfort food that takes you back to your childhood memories and helps you create new memories with your loved ones. Welcome to SITARA!

At SITARA, we prepare all base sauces and gravies daily from scratch using fresh and local produce. Encouraging innovation, my team at SITARA, continuously searches for contemporary dishes without altering traditional recipes to make the menu more interesting for our patrons.

We start with food in its simplest, most natural form. We purchase local and seasonal produce and complement it with cooking techniques that not only preserve nutrition but also produces healthy dishes. We care about our guests and what they like. The result? Our food is well made, the flavors are real, and well delivered.

Our goal is to educate our staff, customers, and vendors about the food experience and its effect on our physical and spiritual health, and on our environment.

Zool Zool

Zool Zool is the brainchild of Toru Hirae (Soi. Restaurant) and Kazuya Yamauchi (Kazuya Restaurant), both award-winning Japanese chefs who have a longstanding presence in Auckland's restaurant scene. They wanted to create a place to enjoy delicious, authentic ramen and quality sake.

Zool Zool embodies this dream and offers much more than ramen - the duo have crafted a menu featuring their favourite Japanese tapas, deserts, wine and whiskey.

At present, ramen is becoming familiar to western tastes in the same way that sushi has in the past. Toru and Kazuya want to take you on this journey and introduce you to the best ramen you have ever had.
